RFP was created for a growing number of people who believe it is time for a change. The real food project started as a collaboration between Stefan Uch, a former michelin star chef and his close friend, Khim Rojas. Both enjoy good food but were appalled with the state of food systems and non existing education. The idea became reality when Crackermancrackers.com, Uch’s food company based in Miami was looking to expand online. A decision was made to dedicate a certain amount of revenues to RFP. Khim Rojas offered to build a website for RFP and a foundation became reality with the goal to encourage individuals world wide to engage for real food. Here is the RFP Manifesto.
