A very ecclectic mix, when you have Pepsi Co, and Cargill in the same list and I am not even going into McDonald’s as an innovative food company.
For Pepsi and McDonald’s it seems to be more about re-packaging their wares in a way to better fit in with our dietary needs, something which should be laudable, if it wasn’t for the fact that these are some of the main culprits of our current state of being. Of course lets not forget that they are only reacting to market realities, so if we change our views on Real Food, they will follow.
